Cumberland Centre is a discreetly wet tenting only site with a feast hall, restroom facilities, and hot showers. For those preferring less rustic accommodations, hotels can be found in nearby Lewisburg and within one exit along I-65.
Take I-65 to Exit 37, then Hwy.50 South/East. After 100 yards turn left onto Joe Reeves Rd. Take the next left onto Luke Moser Rd. Go to Gillespie Lane and turn right. The Centre is on the left after the stream. Anyone with a trailer or in case of heavy rain, follow the usual directions to Cumberland Centre onto Luke Moser Rd. But do NOT turn onto Gillespie Lane. Keep going to Newcut Rd. and turn right. At intersection with Old Sowell Mill Rd., go straight. The road will curve to the right. Turn right onto Gillespie Lane and wach for the Centre on the right.

Anyone intending to bring a horse to the event, must contact the Equestrian Marshal in Charge, Lora Greymare (615-449-4041, lcphil@prodigy.net), prior to the event. All horses coming on site must have current proof of negative coggins. Horses travelling across state lines must have a valid 30-day health certificate. Bring 2 copies of these documents -- one to give to the EMIC before unloading your horse and one to take home with you. For those unfamiliar with the site, there are secure areas to picket/high-line horses, as well as space to put up portable pens. Water is available near the pens. Horse owners are requested to camp in the horse area.
