Our theme this year is TEXTILE EMBELLISHMENTS. Learn how to add beauty to your textile goods by embroidery, applique, painting and trimming techniques. After a fun-filled and informative day of classes, enjoy a Nordic-style feast in our heated feast hall.

Camp Meadowbrook is *very* discretely wet with a heated feast hall, restroom facilities, hot showers, and 52 bunks in cabins. Pets are allowed, but not in the feast hall. Site opens at 5pm on Friday and closes at 11am on Sunday. Directions: From I-65 North of Birmingham or South of Huntsville: Take exit 310 (Hwy157), and go east 5.7 miles. Turn left on Hwy 69 and go 3.5 miles. Turn left on County Rd. 747 and go 0.8 miles to Camp Meadowbrook Entrance. From Gadsden: Take Hwy 278 west through Holly Pond. At the next caution light (by Berlin Pizza) turn right on County Rd. 747 and go 3 miles. Cross Hwy 69. Go 0.8 miles to the Camp Meadowbrook entrance. Camp entrance is hidden on the left just as you go over a hill.
